United Catalyst Corporation is a processor of scrap catalytic converters offering global refining services. Their recycling solution is accurate, scientific, and verifiable to ensure the highest earnings for their clients.

## The Challenge

Efficiently creating a database of vehicles mapped to their converters

United Catalyst Corporation wanted to be able to map incoming catalytic converters to their respective vehicles. This meant gathering all of the converter details before they were crushed in the recycling process AND the vehicle details. UCC also needed the process to be easy and efficient for the guys to process and enter the data on the production floor.

We implemented scan guns and manual entry of stock numbers to cross reference the manifest.
